Sindh Coal Co. leased a mine for ten years, and agreed to pay annually Minimum Rent of Rs. 10,000 mergining into a Royalty of Rs. 2 per tonne. According to the terms of the lease, the shortworkings were to be recouped during the coming two years. - 33 .एक कोल कम्पनी ने बर्न एण्ड कम्पनी से 1 रु० प्रति टन के अधिकार-शुल्क पर 20,000 रु0 के वार्षिक न्यूनतम किराये के साथ एक खान पट्टे पर ली। प्रत्येक वर्ष की लघुकार्य की धनराशि अगले चार वर्ष के अधिकार-शुल्क में से वसूल की जा सकती है। हड़ताल के कारण यदि न्यूनतम किराया नहीं प्राप्त हो सकता, तो यह प्रावधान था कि उस वर्ष का कमाया गया वास्तविक अधिकार शुल्क ही उस वर्ष का न्यूनतम किराया मान लिया जायेगा। उत्पादन निम्न प्रकार रहा :

34 .एक कोलरी कम्पनी एक खान के लिये 20,000 रु0 प्रति वर्ष न्यूनतम अधिकार-शुल्क पर पट्टेदार है। अधिकार-शुल्क 3.50 रु० प्रति टन है। लघुकार्य की धनराशि की पूर्ति अगले तीन वर्षों में की जा सकती है। पट्टे में व्यवस्था है कि हड़ताल की दशा में अगर न्यूनतम अधिकार-शुल्क नहीं बन पाता है, तो अर्जित वास्तविक अधिकार-शुल्क उस वर्ष के। सभी दायित्वों की पूर्ति करेगा।
प्रथम वर्ष के लिए भुगतान किया आधिक्य 20,000 रु0 था, द्वितीय वर्ष के लिये 14,500 रु0 और तश्तीय वर्ष के लिये 3.500 रु० था। चतुर्थ वर्ष 7,500 रु0 तथा पंचम वर्ष 12,500 रु0 का वास्तविक अधिकार-शुल्क आधक था।। छटे वर्ष हड़ताल के कारण वास्तविक अधिकार शुल्क केवल 18,500 रु0 था। कोलरी कम्पनी की पुस्तकों में आवश्यक खाते बनाइये।
A Colliery Company is a lessee of a mine for a minimum royalty of Rs. 20.000. The royalty Rs. 3.50 per tonne. Shortworkings are recoupable during the next 3 Year The Lease Also provided that if minimum royalty is not achieved in the year of strike, the actual royalty will satisfy all obligations for that year.

- 35 .बिहारी ने दस वर्षों के लिये 1 जनवरी 2006 को 25,000 रु वार्षिक न्यनूतम किराये पर एक खान पट्टे पर ली । लघुकार्य राशि अगले दो वर्षों में अपलिखित की जा सकती है। परन्तु अगले वर्ष न वसूल हुई लघुकार्य की धनराशिका 60% भाग भविष्य में वसूल नहीं किया जा सकेगा । यदि वर्ष 2006 के लिये लघुकार्य की धनराशि 5,000 रु है और वर्ष 2007 और 2008 के लिये अधिकार शुल्क क्रमश : 21,000 रु और 28,000 है तो के लिये लघुकार्य खाते पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा ? बताइये।
Behari took a mine on lease for 10 years on January 1, 2006 on a minimum rent of Rs. 25,000 per year. The shortworkings could be recouped during the two following years but 60% of the shortworkings not recouped in the following year was not recoupable in future. If shortworkings for 2006 is Rs. 5,000 and the royalties for 2007 and 2008 are Rs. 21,000 and Rs. 28,000 respectively, show the effect on shortworkings accout for the year 2,008.
