- 26. रजनी ने रिचा से एक खान पट्टे पर ली अधिकार शुल्क उत्पादित खनिज पर 75 पैसे प्रतिटन है एवं न्यूनतम किराया 20,000 रु0 वार्षिक है। रजनी को यह अधिकार है कि वह लघुकार्य राशि को आगामी दो वर्षों में अपलिखित कर सकती है। लेकिन यदि किसी वर्ष की लघुकार्य राशि को उससे ठीक अगले वर्ष में वसल न किया जा सके तो ऐसी वसूल न की गई लघुकार्य राशि के 25% भाग को वसूल करने का अधिकार समाप्त हो जायेगा। उत्पादन निम्न प्रकार है :

Rajni took a mine on lease from Richa on a royalty of 75 paisa per ton of are produced, the minimum rent beings Rs. 20,000 per annum. Rajni is authorised to recoup the amount of shortworking, it any, during the next two years. But if she is not in a position to recoup the whole of the shortworking of any year during the immediate next year, she shall loose her right, to recoup 25% of such unrecouped shortworking. 27 एक कम्पनी ने एक पट्टा 2 रु० रॉयल्टी पर 1 जनवरी, 2003 को लिया जिसका न्यूनतम किराया 68,000 रु0 वार्षिक है। किसी वर्ष का लघुकार्य अगले तीन वर्षों में रॉयल्टी के न्यूनतम किराये पर आधिक्य से अपलिखित किया जा सकता है। पट्टे में प्रावधान है कि किसी भी वर्ष में, यदि हड़ताल की दशा में रॉयल्टी न्यूनतम किराए से कम रहती है, तो न्यूनतम किराया हड़ताल के समय के लिए अनुपातिक कम कर दिया जायेगा। उत्पादन इस प्रकार था: ।
A Co. took a lease on Ist January, 2003 on a Royalty of Rs. 2 per tonne subject to a minimum rent of Rs. 68,000 p.a. Each year’s excess of minimum rent over the actual royalties was recoupable during the subsequent three years. - 29 .एक कोयला खान कम्पनी ने दस वर्ष तक कोयला निकालने के लिए पट्टा लिया। ठहराव की शर्ते निम्नलिखित थीं : अधिकार-शुल्क दो रुपया प्रति टन। किसी भी वर्ष में न्यूनतम अधिकार शुल्क 10,000 रु0 1 लघुकार्य राशि आगामी तीन वर्षों में वसूल की जा सकती है। किसी प्राकृतिक विपत्ति अथवा हड़ताल की दशा में, दिनों के अनुपात में न्यूनतम अधिकार-शुल्क कम कर दिया जायेगा जितने दिन कार्य स्थगित रहेगा।
उत्पाद निम्न प्रकार रहा :

- 30 .राम ने हरी से एक सम्पत्ति 5 वर्ष के लिए 1 रु0 प्रति टन अधिकार शुल्क पर ली, न्यूनतम किराया 4,000 रु0 वार्षिक देय था। वास्तविक अधिकार शुल्क पर न्यूनतम किराये के अधिक शुल्क में से उस वर्ष से अगले तीन वर्षों में। वसूल किया जा सकता है जिस वर्ष में ऐसा आधिक्य चुकाया गया है। हड़ताल की अवस्था में न्यूनतम किराया नष्ट ।
हुआ समय के अनुपात में कम कर दिया जाएगा। प्रथम वर्ष जिसके सम्बन्ध में न्यूनतम किराया देय था, 31 दिसम्बर। 2004 को समाप्त हआ। प्रथम वर्ष के सम्बन्ध में चुकाया गया आधिक्य 4,000 रु० तथा द्वितीय वर्ष में 1,500 था। तृतीय वर्ष में वास्तविक आधेकार शल्क 4.750 रु० चतुर्थ वर्ष में 3,500 रु० (हड़ताल के कारण जो 73 दिन। चली) तथा पाँचवें वर्ष में केवल 6,500 रु० था।
राम का खाता बही में न्यूनतम खाता, अधिकार शुल्क खाता लघ खाता तथा हरी का खाता तैयार कीजिए।
Ram took a property on Lease from Hari for five years at a royalty of Re. 1 per tonne subject to a minimum rent of Rs. 4,000 per annum. Minimum rent paid in excess of actual royalties is coverable during the next three years suceeding the year in respect of which sucn excess was paid. In the event of a strike the minimum rent will be reduced proportionately in relation to time Tost. The first year in respect of which the minimum rent was payable expired on 31st Dec.. 2004. The excess paid in respect of the first year was Rs. 4,000 and of the second year Rs. 1,500. In the third year actual royalties amounted to Rs. 4,750 in the fourth year Rs. 3,500 (as a consequence of strike which lasted for 73 days) and in the fifth year Rs. 6,500 only.

- 31 .टीहरी कोलरी कम्पनी लि. ने एक सम्पत्ति सोमेश से पट्टे पर ली। अधिकार-शुल्क की दर 50 पैसे प्रति टन है। न्यूनतम किराये की राशि 2,000 रु० प्रति वर्ष है। प्रत्येक वर्ष की लघुकार्य की धनराशि को अगले पाँच वर्षों तक अपलिखित किया जा सकता है। हड़ताल की दशा में न्यूनतम किराये की धनराशि न मिलने पर पट्टे में यह व्यवस्था की गयी कि ऐसे वर्ष में जो भी अधिकार-शुल्क होगा वही उस वर्ष का न्यूनतम किराया मान लिया जायेगा। खाते प्रतिवर्ष 31 दिसम्बर को बनाये जाते हैं। अधिकार-शुल्क का विवरण निम्न प्रकार है :
Tehri Colliery Co. Ltd. took on lease a property from Somesh at a Royalty of 50 paise per tonne with a Minimum Rent of Rs. 2,000 per annum. Each year’s Shortworkings is recoverable out of the Royalties of next five years. In the event of Strike, the Minimum rental not being reached, the lease provided that actual Royalties earned for the year will discharge all the rental obligations for that year.
