The fixed assets are valued at Rs. 3,00,000. Production during the previous year is 1,00,000 units. The same level of activity is intended to be maintained during the current year. The expected ratios of costs to selling price are :

The raw materials ordinarily remain in stores for two months before production. Every unit of production remain in process for two months. Finished goods remain in the warehouse for 4 months. Credit allowed by creditors is 3 months from the date of delivery of raw materials and credit given to debtors is 3 months from the date of despatch. Selling price is Rs. 6 per unit. (i) कच्चा माल का स्कन्ध औसतन एक माह का होता है।
Raw materials are in stock on average for one month.
(ii) चालू कार्य औसतन आधा माह का रहता है। ___
Work-in-progress on average half a month.

7. बुलन्दशहर एण्टरप्राइजेज लिमिटेड के विषय में निम्नलिखित पूर्वानुमान उपलब्ध थे
(i) वर्ष 2004 के लिए उत्पादन व विक्रय लक्ष्य 48,000 इकाइयों का निर्धारित किया गया है । उत्पादन एवं विक्रय में वर्ष-पर्यन्त पूर्ण तालमेल रहने की सम्भावना है।
